We only sell 100% Authentic Nike products and receive our products from authorized Nike Retailers.

Alll of our shoes are brand new and come with all original packaging unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPER INFORMATION

We use FedEx Ground shipping service to ship the most of the orders in US. Some time we also use USPS for lightweight orders. We will combine the shipping cost for the orders. Only orders having a subtotal greater than 200 dollars will require signature confirmation unless requested. International Orders will be shipped using USPS. All Orders are double boxed for protection. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to start working.

Processing Time In most cases, Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.



SALES TAX

Only North Carolina residents pay 7% tax, all other States are exempt from tax.

We are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes charged by customs. International buyers will be responsible for their own customs and duties.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

JMSneakers.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. We accept PAYPAL with CONFIRMED ADDRES ONLY. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address where your credit card company sends your statements). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We don't accept any orders where the credit card billing address is not located within the United States or for cards issued by non-US banks.

We also accept checks and money orders. Orders are processed upon receipt of funds. Most of the International Order need to pay using money orders. If you wish to pay by one of these methods, please place your order online and choose CHECK as your payment method.

Promotional codes are not applicable to previous orders. Previous orders cannot be canceled to apply current coupon codes.

RETURN POLICY



Do not return ship with UPS. They do not deliver to our return address.

Please inspect your order upon receipt for damage and accuracy. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

1) You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) by submitting your E-mail request to sales@jmsneakers.com. We cannot accept returns without an RGA#. All returns for incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense.

2) All products must be returned good condition in original packaging to receive credit. When we receive the merchandise you will be issued a credit or your replacement product(s) will be shipped.

3) All pre-ordered products are non refundable and are not returnable.

4) All shoes older than three years are to be worn at the discretion of the consumer. JMSneakers.com is not responsible for damage of shoes older than three years due to the use of the consumer.

5) All high demand release day products are non refundable.

6) We are not responsible for Nike quality issues, please contact Nike directly regarding quality issues.

7) Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Returns of non-defective products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% unless we shipped the incorrect items and shipping fee is not refundable. When signing for your package, be sure to note any outside package damage to the driver. If there the package is damaged, open the package in front of the driver to inspect the contents before signing. Insurance will not cover packages damaged during shipment unless you inspect before signing.
